Coconut Cocoa Balls

Ingredients

  • • 1 1/2 cup pecans or nut of choice
  • • 1/4 cup cocoa
  • • 14 dates
  • • 2 tsp vanilla
  • • 1/4 tsp salt
  • • 1 tablespoon water
  • • 1 heaping tablespoon coconut butter

Instructions

  1. 1. Place pecans in food processor until finely chopped.
  2. 2. Add remaining ingredients and mix until well incorporated.
  3. 3. Using a cookie scoop to get uniform balls, then round individual balls with hands.
  4. 4. Dip in shredded unsweetened coconut flakes. Makes 10 balls, store in refrigerator.
