Gut Healthy Ring Pops

Now what kid (or adult) doesn’t love a good old fashion Ring Pop? As kids it was one of our favorite treats, our mom never let us have candy so when we could place a fake candy ring on our finger it was so exciting. The only difference is these are Gut Healthy Ring Pops that are good for you and full of great Silver Fern probiotics. Mom approved!!

Our kids LOVE these, there so refreshing and good for you. Try them on the next hot day.

We made these Ring Pops using ingredients we had on hand, no special trip to the store for us. The key is to try different combinations and recipes to find the one your kids like the best. It’s all about giving them choices. We’ve given you all sorts of choices in our recipe, we know there will ones your kids will love!

After you figure out what flavor you’re going to make its easy to whip these up in your blender within seconds. It’s so fun trying out new recipes with the kids!

Just mix the different flavors and simply release and stir the capsule contents into each Ring Pop. It’s a great way to get probiotics into your kids without them even knowing! As moms we need to remain tricky!

Simply twist the capsule open and pour the contents of one probiotic into each popsicle.

Now just stir each individual mold, until the probiotic is fully incorporated into each Ring Pop.

Place each individual cap on the Ring Pop and freeze for at least 6 hours.

Here is the link to this Koji Ring Pop Mold. We found them on Amazon, our favorite one stop shopping!!!

After freezing, they release so easily, aren’t they so cute?

The end result is a yummy Gut Healthy Ring Pop! Hope your family enjoys them on these hot summer days as much as ours do!
