No Bake Energy Bites

Protein Bites

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup ground flaxseed
  • 2 scoops Tera’s Whey Vanilla or sustained energy protein powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips (we like mini)
  • 1/3 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Stir all ingredients in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Let it chill in the refrigerator for half an hour. Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would like. Store in an airtight container and we like to keep them in the freezer.
