No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oatmeal
  • cup toasted unsweetened coconut flakes
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • cup flaxseed ground
  • 2 scoops Tera’s Whey sustained energy protein powder
  • ½ cup chocolate chips
  • cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Stir all ingredients in a medium bowl until thoroughly mixed. Let it chill in the refrigerator for half an hour. Once chilled, roll into balls of whatever size you would like. Store in an airtight container and we like to keep them in the freezer.
