Ranch Potatoes


  • 3 pounds red potatoes
  • 1/3 cup olive or avocado oil
  • 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 tablespoons parsley dried
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper


  1. Cut red potatoes into quarters or desired size.
  2. Mix remaining ingredients with the potatoes.
  3. Once incorporated, spread on a baking sheet. We like using pre cut disposable parchment sheet liners.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes, toss half way through cooking process.
