- 3 pounds red potatoes
- 1/3 cup olive or avocado oil
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 3 tablespoons parsley dried
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Cut red potatoes into quarters or desired size.
Mix remaining ingredients with the potatoes.
Once incorporated, spread on a baking sheet. We like using pre cut disposable parchment sheet liners.
Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes, toss half way through cooking process.
