Roasted Radishes

 Yes, we said roasted RADISHES! It’s amazing how different they taste when they are roasted. They got the kids seal of approval, they were a little hesitant at first to try them, but they said they were surprisingly good and ate them all!

Directions:
1.  Wash your radishes and leave the skin on.
2.  Toss in avocado oil, salt, and pepper.
3.  Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes on a rimmed sheet pan.
