Author Whole Sisters


  • 12 ounces frozen shelled edamame, thawed
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 8 basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup avocado oil or light olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  1. Place all ingredients into a food processor.

  2. Pulse until a thick consistency is formed, making sure to leave the dip slightly chunky.

  3. Serve immediately with our Homemade Tortilla Chips or veggies.

Recipe Notes

If wanting a spicy version, just add finely diced jalapeƱos to taste.
