Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Peel and spiralize Idaho potatoes (using the Panderno Spiralizer). Give them a cold water bath for 1 hour, then pat dry with paper towels.

Combine all ingredients and toss well.

Place potatoes evenly spaced on cookie sheet that is lined with parchment paper.

Bake 20 minutes, turning once halfway through the cooking process.

Broil on high for 5 minutes, if you want them more crispy.
