Short Rib Beef Tostadas
- 2 pounds short ribs
- 2 cups beef broth
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon cumin
- ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Brown short ribs in a pressure cooker until browned well.
Place remaining ingredients in the pressure cooker with the short ribs.
Pressure cook on high for 50 minutes.
Release pressure, remove ribs.
Shred meat, discarding fat and bones.
Place on sprouted corn tortilla, with toppings of choice.
Toppings used: diced tomatoes, orange peppers, shredded lettuce, guacamole, Dump Ranch. (Dump Ranch can be found in dressings)
