Garlic Shrimp Zoodles


  • 2 small zucchinis zoodled
  • 8 raw deveined shrimp
  • 1/4 cup clarified butter
  • 1 med shallot
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/4 cup basil chopped
  • macadamia nuts chopped


  1. Heat clarified butter in a pan over med-high heat, add your shallots and cook until shallots become transparent.
  2. Add your garlic and shrimp. Cook shrimp until one side turns a light pink.
  3. Then added your zucchini noodles to the pan. Toss noodles and shrimp in your pan, squeeze the juice of 1/2 a lemon over the noodles and shrimp.
  4. Add your basil. Cook until shrimp is pink in color.
  5. Plate and garnish with chopped macadamia nuts. The macadamia nuts are a must!
