Tomato Wedge Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 large tomato
  • 1 cup chicken chopped
  • 4-5 tablespoons Whole Mayo recipe found on our Dressings & Sauces
  • 1 stalk of celery diced (including leaves)
  • 1/4 almonds sliced
  • 1/4 cup pickles diced
  • 1/4 cup red pepper diced
  • dash of ginger to taste
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Simply cut a tomato into 8 wedges without slicing through the bottom.
  2. Mixed remaining ingredients.
  3. Stuffed the tomato and it's ready to serve!

Recipe Notes

We also used our moms secret weapon for chicken salad which is a pinch of ground ginger.
