Ingredients

  • Ingredients for Pork Sausage
  • 1 1/2 pounds ground pork
  • 1/2 tablespoon sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • pinch of ground cloves

Instructions

  1. 1. Mix ingredients, form 8 patties.
  2. 2. Fry in pan until the patties reach an internal temperature of 160 or no longer pink inside.
  3. 3. Place patty on top of green apples zoodles (made with a spiralizer).
  4. 4. Top sausage patty off with a sunny side egg.
