Apple Zoodle Bowl
- Ingredients for Pork Sausage
- 1 1/2 pounds ground pork
- 1/2 tablespoon sage
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- pinch of ground cloves
1. Mix ingredients, form 8 patties.
2. Fry in pan until the patties reach an internal temperature of 160 or no longer pink inside.
3. Place patty on top of green apples zoodles (made with a spiralizer).
4. Top sausage patty off with a sunny side egg.
