Cauliflower Soup


  • 1 cauliflower head cut up
  • 2 tablespoons avocado oil
  • organic chicken stock


  1. Roast a head of cut up cauliflower drizzled with avocado oil for 45 minutes on 400.
  2. Remove and place in the blender with organic chicken stock. Keep adding stock until you reach the desired consistency.
  3. Season well with salt and pepper, enjoy while warm.
