Healthy Country Pork Sausage

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground pork
  • 1/2 tablespoon sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • pinch of ground cloves

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients, form 8 patties.
  2. Cook until they reach an internal temperature of 160 or no longer pink inside.
