Coconut Chia Pudding


  • 1 banana
  • ½ cup low fat coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds


  1. 1. Blend together the banana and low fat coconut milk until smooth.
  2. 2. Stir in chia seeds.
  3. 3. Refrigerate overnight.
  4. 4. Next morning, serve with fruit or nuts of choice.
