Pork n' Pear Breakfast Stack

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground pork
  • 1/2 tablespoon sage
  • 1/2 teaspoon marjoram
  • 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Pinch of ground cloves


  1. Mix ingredients, form 8 patties, and cook until they reach an internal temperature of 160 or no longer pink inside.

Stack Directions:

  1. 1. Start your layer off with sautéed sweet potatoes, cooked with coconut oil.
  2. 2. Add sliced pears.
  3. 3. Add cooked pork sausage.
  4. 4. Add avocado slices.
  5. 5. Top stack with a sunny side egg or scrambled if you don’t like runny yolks

Customize your stack anyway you like, we loved the addition of pears!
