Healthy Taco Seasoning

  • garlic powder
  • onion powder
  • chili powder
  • cumin
  • red pepper flakes to desired heat
  • salt optional


  1. Add equal parts garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and cumin. Then add red pepper flakes to desired heat.
  2. Add 2 tablespoons of this mixture, plus 1/2 cup water to every pound of cooked meat. Simmer over medium het until the liquid is absorbed.
