Healthy Taco Seasoning

Ingredients
garlic powder
onion powder
chili powder
cumin
red pepper flakes to desired heat
salt
optional
Instructions
Add equal parts garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, and cumin. Then add red pepper flakes to desired heat.
Add 2 tablespoons of this mixture, plus 1/2 cup water to every pound of cooked meat. Simmer over medium het until the liquid is absorbed.
