- 3 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon south africa smoke blend from Trader Joes
Mix seasoning and add before grilling. The more you add to your fillets the spicier it will be!
Store remaining seasoning in an airtight container for future use.
Serve blackened fish on butter lettuce with cilantro, cabbage, tomatoes, avocado, and a squeeze of fresh lime juice.
