Fall Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/2 head red cabbage remove ribs/slice thin
  • 1/4 cup dates cut into thin slivers
  • 1 honeycrisp apple cut into thin slivers
  • 1/4 cup sliced almonds
  • Whisk dressing together:
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

  1. Pour Dressing over salad.
  2. Let stand 10 minutes.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
