Fall Cabbage Salad
- 1/2 head red cabbage remove ribs/slice thin
- 1/4 cup dates cut into thin slivers
- 1 honeycrisp apple cut into thin slivers
- 1/4 cup sliced almonds
- Whisk dressing together:
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
Pour Dressing over salad.
Let stand 10 minutes.
Season with salt and pepper.
